Recipe for Life

Dear Souls, we are here for you as we always say.


Are you tapping into the energies that we are?


Are you taking time each day to listen, to hear, and to respond to the subtle and sometime obvious nudges we send to you?


Can you lift yourself up out of the daily musings of your mind to find the quiet to hear?

The inspiration to action?


There is truly nothing more important than this, right now. The freedom, trust, faith and the ability to surrender is at hand and the benefits are enormous.


Tracy has talked to you before about the intention for Peaceful Awakenings Healing Center and soon to be a Camp. Please know, she wrote none of this without our help. She has learned from years of experience not to trust herself, her little egoic self, she has explored and in depth strengthened the muscle of connection with the divine, daily. Even when it seemed it couldn’t happen. Now, she experiences us even when she “supposedly” is having a bad day. For her, it is now as easy as bruising her teeth.

We only say this to encourage you to do the same. It won’t take you as long as it has taken her for many reasons.


One is you are not alone. You have the energy and intention of the group.


For two, because of Tracy and others like her they have worked with us in lifting the energy and raising the mass vibration of the cosmos so that the pathway is easier to find, the connection is at hand, yet the effort and constant commitment must still be activated with in you and the practice is essential. Do not delay in this. Share with your brothers and sisters on this path your successes, not your sabotages. Encourage one another to do what it takes to strengthen this muscle of great and beautiful consequence. To your best not to respond to fear, but to react in faith.


Now, what we truly intended to say today is about the intention of the Healing center and camp:


Together we gather to remind ourselves:

To step more fully into faith by recognizing our fears. How do you recognize your fears? You recognize them by recognizing your feelings and your feelings in motion (the tree chart that has been given). You set times throughout your day to make proper and honest assessments of the state your emotional body is in. If it is on the left side of the tree diagram, you take action through meditation, taking a nap, doing your mantras, changing your mind, speaking up if necessary, asking for help from someone who will guide you in the light and love, go for a walk, listen to soothing music, find things to be grateful for, do a focus wheel, take time to visualize either in your mind or in writing and on and on the list goes, correct? What here is not familiar to you? Nothing, right? It only may not be practiced, eh?


To surrender our inner struggles in the search for inner peace and ease of being. What are your inner struggles? What are the themes that keep coming back up for you over and over? How have you deemed yourself not enough, and in what ways? What triggers your negative feelings/emotions? How do you let yourself down? How do you sabotage yourself? What limits have you placed on yourself and others? And NOW, what brings you peace, true peace? What activates joy for you? What makes you pat yourself on the back and say, Wow, what a great day? Now, it is time to come up with a plan. What inner struggle are you willing to release? We promise you that now is a great time. If you know “the enemy” you can rid yourself of it. What would you like to replace this inner struggle with, and how are you going to action this for yourself daily?


To received, through openness, all the wonderful things available to us; Ahhh, the lovely topic of giving and receiving. We have talked about this before. This circular energy and when you do not allow yourself to receive it makes it very hard for you to give without feeling taken from. Please hear us, this is one in the same energy and we know you have a hard time believing us, but keeping the flow open, the energy moving only makes and creates beautiful things…really really beautiful. How do you allow? We suggest that this always happen from within. If you haven’t practiced allowing/receiving try it just through your meditations, or your resting time. Set time aside to just lay down for 20 minutes. When you do this put some of the Solfeggio Tones on, the ones that feel relaxing to you, use your earbuds, and say a prayer of intention.


Dear Lord, I am surrendered to you at this time. I ask for your healing love to be infused into this body at this time. Then passively receive the energy of love.


Notice what you feel.

In addition, begin asking for what you want. You are getting practice at this through your manifestation groups, but do it daily. Daily write down in your journal 1) Lord, here are my fears at this moment, 2) Lord, here are my needs at this moment, 3) Lord, here are my desires at this moment, 4) Lord, here is what I am grateful for. Use this a daily practice and watch what happens especially if you do this in the morning and the evening you will see how much things change throughout the day – as your fears, needs, desires will have been met, or dissipated throughout the day and you’re on to something else. Please notice how you received these blessing…this is very important as there are little things with great big impact called Grace, Blessings, Miracles, Synchronicity. You are able to receive these very regularly throughout your day when you have an attitude of expectancy. Ask and it is given. It may not be given in the same way that you would have expected, nonetheless it is given.


When you are able to experience with consciousness the grace, blessings and synchronicity you will feel the wealth. You will feel the energy shift and you will see and feel the great abundance that is here for you, constantly. Thus, your willingness to give comes more freely, more spontaneously, more joyfully. What a great practice.


To forgive ourselves and others for our perceived wrong doings; Lots of us think about forgiveness in the manner of forgiving others, but the real point of change is in looking at forgiving yourself. Start here. At the end of each day do a little assessment of what you perceived yourself to have done wrong, not good enough, not correctly, not properly, etc. Next ask yourself if you are willing to let all these things go; let these perspectives to me what they are, perspectives and if needed, make a decision on how you might do better tomorrow. During this time, if you see that you are holding on to something you perceive someone else to have done to harm you, hurt you or just be bothersome to you do this: Vow to yourself to let this go. It is now in the past and cannot be changed, but you can change how you think about it, thus feel about it. One of the easiest tricks to use here is to ACCEPT IT…an attitude of…It is what it is. Again, decide how you want to be because of this tomorrow. Who do you want to become because of this…one who lives in the past and uses yours and everyone else’s past against them, or one that moves on, chooses acceptance, freedom, forgiveness, happiness and is in training to be better every day?


To overcome the obstacles, we are faced with through courage and compassion; When we speak to you of overcoming we imaging so many different things you can do. Think of yourself on an obstacle course with Divine Consciousness as the other team mates you have. You have them all day, every day at your disposal. Is this not the most exciting news, ever? You have Divine Infinite Intelligence at your side every day, all day and even while you sleep. Do you get the impact of this? Do you utilize this? Do you understand the leg up this gives you? If you did, you would never ever try to solve your own problems without us, nor would you ever try to solve anyone else’s problems – you would teach them to solve their own through the channels of spirit. Yet, we included through courage and compassion in this arena of overcoming. We use these words specifically because courage means of the HEART, to speak from the heart, to connect to one’s heart. Now, if you trained yourself to come at an obstacle with your heart wide open, knowing that this is where the healing and SOULution resides, how differently would your life be? The next word we used intentionally is compassion. Compassion often gets confused with other things, yet let us tell you the truth of compassion has in its root detachment. Meaning that one must detach themselves from the obstacle to of any use in the SOULution. If you are in a state of fear, wanting, craving to fix a problem you perceive you will not be able to find satisfactory SOULution, even though you might find a solution that will temporarily work. In the grand design of this overcoming use these two methods and end up with the solution that your soul has in mind for your healing, happiness and divine evolution.


And...


To love more deeply than ever before. Mostly all we have to say here is, What would this look and feel like? We are not talking about human love, we are talking about the Agape Love – the love of God for man, and of man for God. The highest form of love. This is fearlessness at its best. Joy at is best. Lightness of being at its best. Grace at its best. Peace, Faith, Surrender at its best. A place where forgiveness doesn’t exist because no one was, nor ever has been condemned. A place where overcoming doesn’t exist because a problem never existed. A place of pure divine liberation, co-creation, play and bliss are your constant companions. We ask you to play around with this energy, because this is all it is and everything it is and you can practice accessing it because it is You. You at your greatness, you at your inception, you at your core existence. The one and only real You.
